EZID streamlines the process of obtaining ID by engaging with all related stakeholders, and uses existing processes to reduce the financial and time cost for all case managers and clients.

Vulnerable groups experience exclusion from basic services as a result of lack of ID, including telecommunications, banking, private and public rentals, energy services, healthcare and employment. For an average person without ID, to obtain all required ID they must interact with multiple government organisations, often at a time when experiencing distress, and may have a significant financial burden. This service takes ownership of the application processes and allows a streamline, one stop approach to ID.
