Outreach Connected Services
Identification Connected
Identification Connected is a service that assists people experiencing disadvantage to obtain 100 points of ID. This service can be accessed by those experiencing homelessness, family and domestic violence, recently released from custody and those with literacy barriers. This service is 100% free to the end user.
Housing Connected
Housing Connected assists people experiencing housing insecurity to best position themselves to secure affordable, stable and ongoing housing. This can include initial housing waitlist applications, referral to crisis and temporary housing options, and advocacy in navigating existing housing organisations
Services Connected
Services Connected supports organisations and key workers to link services users with the most appropriate supports in their community.
